A Process That Builds on Itself
Our three services are designed to work sequentially or independently. A typical full project begins with a Compass Consultation, moves into Design Blueprint & Rendering, and concludes with Implementation Navigation. But clients who come to us with existing plans, or who only need a single stage of support, are equally well served.
At every stage, the goal is the same: to ensure that what you envisioned at the start of the project is accurately reflected in the finished space. That requires clear documentation, active site management, and honest communication throughout.

SOL-03 · Service 01
Compass Consultation
MYR 450
An orienting session that maps your priorities, spatial constraints, and design preferences. Includes a property walkthrough, a written brief with spatial observations, and directional suggestions for layout and style. Suited to any residential or small commercial property. Delivered within one week.

SOL-04 · Service 02
Design Blueprint & Rendering
MYR 3,500
A precise design package covering floor plans, spatial flow optimisation, material and finish specification, furniture selection, lighting choreography, and 3D architectural renders. Every decision is documented and justified. Includes two revision rounds and a contractor handover package. For homes, offices, and retail spaces. Timeline: 6–10 weeks.

- Scaled floor plans with dimensioned furniture layout
- Spatial flow and circulation analysis
- Material and finish specification sheet
- Furniture selection with supplier references
- Lighting layout and specification
- 3D architectural renders (accurate to materials)
- Two revision rounds
- Contractor handover package
Process:
Briefing session (can build on Consultation brief if already done)
Concept development: spatial planning and initial direction review (weeks 1–3)
Full documentation, renders, and specification package (weeks 4–8)
Revision rounds and final handover package delivery
SOL-05 · Service 03
Implementation Navigation
MYR 1,900
Guided project execution — overseeing contractor work, managing procurement, conducting site reviews, and tracking progress against the design blueprint. Includes weekly status updates and a final styling session. Ensures accurate translation from plan to physical space. Duration: 8–16 weeks.

- Contractor briefing and oversight
- Scheduled site visits to review progress against specification
- Procurement coordination for materials and furniture
- Weekly written status reports to client
- Issue identification and documented resolution
- Final styling session upon project completion
Process:
Design review — we familiarise ourselves with the existing plans or our own Blueprint package
Contractor selection support and initial briefing on specification

Data & Confidentiality
All project files, floor plans, photos, and personal details are kept confidential. Nothing is shared or used without written consent.
Quality Assurance
Every deliverable passes internal review before it reaches the client. Specification errors are caught at the document stage — not at the building stage.
Contractor Standards
We work only with contractors who have documented project histories and clear pricing. All recommendations are independent — no referral arrangements exist.
Response Commitment
All client queries receive a response within one business day. During implementation, critical site issues are escalated same-day.
MIID Compliance
Our practice adheres to the professional and ethical standards maintained by the Malaysian Institute of Interior Designers.
Scope Clarity
Scope is agreed in writing before any work begins. Changes to scope are discussed and documented — never applied quietly to the invoice.
